PSP có vấn đề cần giúp đỡ

Làm ơn cho em hỏi. em có 1 máy PSP có thẻ nhớ 4GB khi cho thẻ vào máy PSP thì vẫn hiển thị đầy đủ dung lượng thẻ nhớ nhưng khi kết nối với máy vi tính qua cổng USB thì trên ổ đĩa máy vi tính chỉ hiển thị có 9.04MB và bên trong hoàn toàn trống cho m hỏi là bi như vậy thì là do cáp kết nối hay là do phần mềm của máy hoặc do ổ cắm thẻ nhớ bi hư , nhưng nếu ổ cằm thẻ nhớ bị hư thì sao khi bỏ vào máy psp vẫn hiển thị đc? làm ơn cho em biết phải làm như thế nào hay phải mang ra tiệm thì mới biết bị hư như thế nào?(em đã thử rất nhìu thẻ mới nhưng vẫn bị như vậy)
